Last updated: July 22, 2026These Terms of Use apply to the Virexon Labs website, Virexon Guardian, its Discord bot, web panel and associated services. By using an interactive service, you agree to the terms that apply to it. Informational access to the public website remains subject to applicable law.
Virexon Guardian is a Discord operations platform. Depending on plan and configuration, it includes moderation, security, tickets, automation, roles, logs, backups, leveling, the Orchard economy, visual minigames, Zoo management and related administration tools. Virexon Labs also publishes information about its other software and game projects on this website.
Products may be updated continuously and some functions may be offered as Early Access. Features, limits and behavior can change. We aim for stable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every change made by Discord or another third-party platform.
You need a valid Discord account for Guardian and must comply with Discord rules and applicable age requirements. You must be authorized to configure the relevant Discord server and may only grant permissions that you are entitled to grant.
You may use the services for lawful community management, communication, protection, entertainment and the intended product workflows. Server administrators are responsible for their configuration choices and for informing their community where required.
You may not use the services to harm others, distribute unlawful content, bypass access controls, scrape protected areas, attack infrastructure, share protected access with unauthorized persons, manipulate billing or attempt unauthorized modification or reverse engineering.
Paid Guardian plans unlock additional modules, limits or operational features for the selected server. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available billing flow. Access normally remains active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the purchased product offering, not a person's lifetime. Individually commissioned setup work is limited to the agreed scope.
Digital services are generally non-refundable once access or agreed work has been provided, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors and failed activation will be reviewed. Abuse of the payment or chargeback process may lead to temporary suspension while the case is investigated.
You retain responsibility for content and data you submit or configure. You grant us only the rights technically necessary to process that material for the requested service. Do not upload content you are not permitted to use.
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virexon Labs is not liable for third-party platform failures, user configuration errors, indirect damages or loss of profits. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, the service is abused or continued operation creates a security or legal risk. You may stop using Guardian by removing the bot and discontinuing panel access.
We may update services, pricing, module access or these terms. Price and feature changes generally apply to future purchases, renewals or plan changes unless a different effective date is required. The current version is published here.
